What we sell
TeenStore.ch sells cosmetics and beauty accessories online. Products are dropshipped from third-party suppliers: descriptions and images come from the supplier and may contain minor inaccuracies beyond our control.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is processed via Stripe: credit/debit card, TWINT, and any other methods offered at checkout. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received.
Shipping and delivery times
Products are shipped directly by our suppliers, mostly from abroad. Carriers quote 5-15 calendar days in transit to Switzerland; together with order preparation, estimated delivery times range from 7 to 20 days depending on the product and the shipping method automatically selected at order time. We cannot guarantee fixed delivery times, as shipping is handled by third-party suppliers.
Customs duties and import taxes
Products arrive from abroad (mostly from China). Depending on the order value and the Swiss customs regulations in force at delivery time, the courier may charge the recipient import VAT or customs fees. These amounts are not included in the price paid on the site and remain the customer's responsibility.
Warranty and returns
We don't offer a right of withdrawal for change of mind. We refund or replace the product in the cases our supplier covers: item arrived damaged, a quality defect (defective stitching, wrong size or colour, missing parts) or a non-functioning product. For missing parts, only a replacement or resend is provided, not a full refund. You must report the problem within 3 days of receipt for ordinary products (7 days for electronics), with photos documenting the defect. Orders that never arrive must be reported within 60 days of purchase. Not covered: simply changing your mind, ordering the wrong product or variant yourself, and an incorrect shipping address you provided. You normally don't need to send the product back — photos are enough, unless we explicitly request a return. Your statutory warranty rights under Swiss law remain unaffected.

Minors
This site is partly aimed at a teenage audience. Purchases require a payment method (card, TWINT) generally held by an adult: we encourage minors to shop with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party suppliers, couriers, or events outside our control.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: the operator's place of business, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
